DIGITAL STRATEGIST LEAD

• Strategize and execute high-impact digital tactics to build narrative power and reach Black audiences.
• Lead email program strategy and digital event coordination.
• Manage social media program and digital content calendar.
• Provide capacity-building support and strengthen partnerships with member organizations.

This role builds narrative power for Black liberation, centering the experiences of marginalized communities and advancing policies that value Black lives.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital strategy, preferably at a values-based organization.
• Expert knowledge of major social media platforms, SMS, and analytics software (e.g., Sprout Social, HootSuite).
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Every Action CRM) and MS Office/Google Suite.
• Experience in membership organizing, network development, and project planning.

Salary: $88,000-$103,000 annually. Full health benefits for employee and dependents, employer-funded retirement plan, remote work stipend, generous front-loaded time off and sick days.
