Digital Solutions Executive Director - Health Systems Solutions

• Define and drive the business unit’s IT strategy to align technology with business objectives, service excellence, and operational performance.
• Manage and oversee the effective execution of IT services and projects with a focus on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Lead and manage the HSS IT solution set team, providing daily oversight, direction, and management to achieve goals and deliverables.
• Support business development, client relationship management, and represent Digital Solutions in sales opportunities and client meetings.

This role drives technology initiatives that enhance business workflows, data integration, and coordination of services, improving efficiency and reducing costs for health and human services solutions, ultimately enabling better client outcomes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT leadership roles, with direct experience supporting business units or functional areas.
• Proven track record in IT strategy development, budget management, solution delivery, and operations.
• Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, compliance requirements, and consulting environments.
