Mission
What you will drive
- Design intuitive and user-centered experiences for the Digital Justice Hub to support rapid access to educational content, templates, and knowledge resources for justice sector practitioners.
- Develop wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and visual designs; conduct user research and usability testing to continuously improve platform usability.
- Design information architecture and navigation systems that enable efficient resource location and support scalability.

This role directly strengthens the capacity of frontline justice actors in Ukraine to investigate and prosecute war crimes, helping ensure meaningful access to justice for survivors of international crimes and human rights abuses.
Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Degree in UX design, interaction design, HCI, graphic design, information architecture, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience designing digital platforms, web applications, or learning platforms.
- Demonstrated experience with user-centered design processes including research, prototyping, testing, and iterative design.
- Proficiency with industry-standard design and prototyping tools; strong visual communication and problem-solving skills.
