Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and drive social media narratives and digital tactics to advance campaigns against fossil fuel financing and far-right authoritarianism.
- Manage STMP's social media presence across Instagram, BlueSky, and TikTok to grow engagement and support.
- Support offline organizing efforts including events, actions, and community meetings.
- Manage CRM platforms (Action Builder, Action Network) and keep the website updated.

What makes you a great fit
- Experienced social media practitioner with a proven record of using social media to increase engagement in movements.
- Experience in organizing and movement building skills such as base building, community organizing, or running campaigns.
- Strong writing skills and ability to create compelling narratives.
- Proficient graphic design skills and self-starter able to manage complex work independently.
Benefits
What's in it for you
Full-time, permanent, remote position. Compensation: $85,000 - $93,500 depending on location (cost-of-living adjusted). Benefits include full medical, dental, healthcare; retirement plan with 2% employer contribution; 3-month paid sabbatical after 5 years; 5 weeks PTO + office closure Dec 23-Jan 3 + 11 federal holidays; 6% salary increase after 12 months.
