Digital Operations Lead

• Act as first point of contact for critical incidents affecting Digital applications and platforms, coordinating resolution with relevant teams.
• Produce regular operational reporting on service availability, performance, incident trends, and recovery effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain SLIs, SLOs, and alert thresholds; refine Ops support backlog and support root cause analysis.
• Work with Engineering and Technical Leads to ensure operational requirements are delivered during SDLC.

This role ensures the reliability and performance of digital systems that support renewable energy operations, directly contributing to the transition to Net Zero and a sustainable energy future.

• Proven experience in a Digital, Service Desk or IT Operations environment.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, JIRA, reporting tools (PowerBI or similar), and observability tools (Grafana, Elastic or similar).
• Ability to create meaningful operational reports and communicate insights clearly.
• Strong organisational skills and excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels.
