Digital & ICT Specialist, International Affairs Group

• Provide high-quality technical expertise on technology policy, procurement, and private sector partnerships, including policy analysis, strategy development, tool design, and feasibility studies.
• Lead technical assignments on digital transformation programs, focusing on AI, digital infrastructure, and connectivity.
• Forge partnerships with key private sector technology stakeholders globally and contribute to thought leadership on digital transformation trends.

This role advances digital transformation in developing countries, fostering economic growth, digital inclusion, and sustainable development through technology policy and private sector partnerships.

• Master’s degree in economics, international affairs, business, or relevant technical area.
• At least 8 years of technical and project management experience in digital transformation areas such as digital economy, cybersecurity, AI, cloud computing, or digital infrastructure.
• Strong analytical, communication, and writing skills; experience with U.S. federal government or donor-funded programs.
• Excellent program management skills and ability to travel internationally multiple times per year.
