Mission
What you will drive
- Lead the development and execution of CCDH's digital fundraising strategy, owning online revenue targets and overall performance.
- Build and optimize end-to-end supporter journeys from first touch through support and retention.
- Develop and manage paid digital fundraising programs, including testing and optimization.
- Analyze campaign performance and use data to refine strategy and identify growth opportunities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–7+ years working in digital fundraising or performance marketing within a nonprofit or mission-driven agency.
- Proven track record of driving online revenue growth and improving conversion rates across digital channels.
- Hands-on management of paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, paid social).
- Familiarity with CRM and email marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Engaging Networks).
Benefits
