Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage and update Technovation's websites (Webflow, WordPress) including pages, landing pages, blog publishing, and basic design refinements.
  • Own the email marketing calendar, deployment, and segmentation strategy to drive program participation, volunteer engagement, and donations.
  • Monitor digital performance across web, email, and paid channels using analytics tools, set KPIs, and surface recommendations for optimization.
  • Research, pitch, and manage distribution partnerships with external organizations and newsletters to amplify reach.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, web, or audience engagement role, preferably in a nonprofit setting.
  • Hands-on CMS experience with WordPress and Webflow; basic UX and page-layout sense.
  • Experience with email platforms (e.g., Mailchimp), social scheduling tools, and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
  • Familiarity with paid digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) sufficient to launch basic campaigns.
