Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and oversee the digital roadmap for the Party at the Polls program, including ads, events, email, SMS, social media, and web.
- Manage email strategy, list segmentation, automation, and editing; vision and project manage the Party at the Polls website.
- Develop digital toolkits for community partners, provide technical assistance, and oversee video strategy.
- Analyze digital performance metrics and lead digital promotion strategy for flagship events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of experience in digital organizing, political campaigns, or nonprofit communications, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Advanced expertise in HubSpot; experience with Sprout Social, Asana, Canva, WordPress, Mobile Commons, and all social platforms.
- Proven experience running large email and social media campaigns for nonprofit, advocacy, or political organizations.
- Exceptional editing and writing skills; strong leadership and project management abilities.
