Digital Director, Party at the Polls

• Develop and oversee the digital roadmap for the Party at the Polls program, including ads, events, email, SMS, social media, and web.
• Manage email strategy, list segmentation, automation, and editing; vision and project manage the Party at the Polls website.
• Develop digital toolkits for community partners, provide technical assistance, and oversee video strategy.
• Analyze digital performance metrics and lead digital promotion strategy for flagship events.

This role drives voter engagement and community participation by crafting a comprehensive digital presence for the Party at the Polls program, ensuring accessible and impactful digital touchpoints that mobilize voters and support community partners.

• 7+ years of experience in digital organizing, political campaigns, or nonprofit communications, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
• Advanced expertise in HubSpot; experience with Sprout Social, Asana, Canva, WordPress, Mobile Commons, and all social platforms.
• Proven experience running large email and social media campaigns for nonprofit, advocacy, or political organizations.
• Exceptional editing and writing skills; strong leadership and project management abilities.

The Washington, DC-based salary is $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
