Digital Communications Manager

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies to engage, cultivate, and grow Dayenu’s audiences across all digital platforms.
• Serve as primary graphic designer, producing compelling share graphics and campaign assets.
• Manage email communications, CRM database, and website content including digital actions and campaigns.
• Manage communications consultants and interns, and stay current on digital trends.

This role helps build a spiritually rooted Jewish climate movement by amplifying Dayenu’s message, mobilizing activists, and fostering partnerships with environmental justice groups.

• 3-5 years of experience in digital campaigning, marketing, graphic design, or digital content creation.
• Facility with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Bluesky, LinkedIn, TikTok).
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with CRMs (EveryAction preferred), basic HTML/CSS, and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
