Digital Adoption (Senior) Consultant

• Drive the adoption of digital tools and ways of working across the Transport division, ensuring solutions are embedded in daily use.
• Contribute to and drive adoption initiatives from pilots to scaled implementation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and product teams to drive uptake and utilization of digital products.
• Support communication, training, and enablement activities, and gather user insights to improve adoption and maximize value.

This role helps close the gap to a tech-enabled, sustainable future by ensuring digital solutions are effectively adopted, creating real value for people and teams while supporting Ramboll's mission of sustainable change.

• Experience working with digital tools, platforms, or processes in an implementation or project/delivery context.
• Strong communicator able to convey ideas clearly and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
• Motivated by helping people and teams realize value from digital solutions.
• Curious and open to learning, with a keen interest in digital trends including AI and their practical application.
