DigiOps - Customer Specialist

• Take a leading role looking after Electroverse customers: from sign-up questions, card requests, app feedback and more, you’ll be the voice of our growing brand.
• Deliver high-quality care and support for EV drivers, providing the same amazing customer service Octopus is known for.
• Dig in to the technical side of the product as you solve customer queries and get to grips with social media management and brand tone of voice.
• Work with the wider team to deeply understand the customer ecosystem and suggest ways to improve as we grow.

By providing exceptional customer support for EV drivers, you help accelerate the adoption of electric vehicles, reducing carbon emissions and contributing to a cleaner, more sustainable future.

• Fantastic written communication skills, able to vary tone and intended outcome based on the audience.
• Organized approach to day-to-day communications and operations, with willingness to jump on new problems and opportunities.
• Not afraid to get technical, e.g., pulling data from admin portal and reporting to the wider team.
• Interest in and desire to know more about the EV industry (prior knowledge not required).
