DevOps Engineer

• Design and implement resilient cloud architectures using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with Terraform to manage AWS resources
• Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions to ensure automated, safe, and repeatable deployments
• Monitor system health using observability tools (CloudWatch, NewRelic) and participate in on-call rotation for incident response
• Integrate security best practices into infrastructure lifecycle and execute technical requirements for compliance initiatives (SOC2, PCI-DSS)

Your work will directly empower product engineering teams to ship features faster and with greater confidence, scaling infrastructure to meet the future needs of the social good sector and enabling non-profits to operate more effectively and increase their social impact.

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience in DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure in AWS with proven experience architecting and managing AWS solutions
• Proficiency with IaC tools, specifically Terraform or CloudFormation
• Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions
• Strong scripting skills to automate tasks and excellent written/verbal communication skills for distributed team collaboration
