Development & Partnerships Director

• Lead REACH's fundraising efforts to meet annual goal of $280,000, including major donor cultivation, grants program, and annual Fund-A-Thon.
• Design and implement fundraising strategy, standardize gift processing and donor acknowledgement, and manage CRM platform.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinics, providers, community partners, and the National Network of Abortion Funds.
• Manage marketing strategy, website, social media, quarterly newsletters, and annual impact report.

This role directly expands access to abortion care by securing financial resources for individuals traveling to, from, and within Connecticut, while also reducing social and economic barriers through advocacy and education.

• 5+ years of nonprofit fundraising experience with ability to build and manage relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Strong writing and external-facing communications skills.
• Database management and analysis experience.
• Commitment to social justice and alignment with REACH's mission.

Exempt, full-time employee; fully remote with up to 25% in-state travel; salary $100,000.
