Mission
What you will drive
- Manage a portfolio of individual donors, family foundations, and institutional funders to cultivate, solicit, and steward support for youth-led climate litigation.
- Develop and execute donor engagement strategies, including moves management, proposals, grant reports, and stewardship communications.
- Support foundation relations, draft grant materials, and track deliverables to ensure timely reporting and compliance.
- Collaborate with leadership and board members to advance fundraising goals and strengthen donor relationships.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7+ years of fundraising experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience: Associate's + 5 years, Bachelor's + 3 years, Master's + 2 years).
- Demonstrated success in donor cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship with a portfolio management approach.
- Strong writing skills for proposals, funder updates, and donor communications; ability to translate complex legal and climate issues into compelling narratives.
- Experience with donor databases/CRM (Neon preferred) and moves management practices.
