Mission

What you will drive

  • Plan, organize, and implement major giving programs to build and manage a donor pipeline for gifts of $10,000 and up.
  • Identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors and prospects through research, outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
  • Oversee the planned giving program and ensure timely donor acknowledgment and stewardship.
  • Collaborate with FARA leadership and Board to achieve fundraising goals and provide regular progress reports.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; CFRE designation preferred.
  • Minimum five years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in major gift fundraising ($10k+).
  • Proficiency with donor management software (Blackbaud products, iWave) and Microsoft Office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
