Mission
What you will drive
- Plan, organize, and implement major giving programs to build and manage a donor pipeline for gifts of $10,000 and up.
- Identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors and prospects through research, outreach, and face-to-face meetings.
- Oversee the planned giving program and ensure timely donor acknowledgment and stewardship.
- Collaborate with FARA leadership and Board to achieve fundraising goals and provide regular progress reports.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree required; CFRE designation preferred.
- Minimum five years of fundraising experience with demonstrated success in major gift fundraising ($10k+).
- Proficiency with donor management software (Blackbaud products, iWave) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and in a team.
