Development Manager

• Serve as primary point of contact for grantee partners throughout the grant lifecycle, providing guidance and support.
• Manage grantmaking and regranting processes, including intake, documentation, and payment coordination.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and funders to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and compliance.
• Track donor pipelines, produce fundraising reports, and support development strategy execution.

This role directly supports grassroots organizations led by people of color, helping to build movement ecosystems and sustain long-term participation and leadership of working-class communities of color, thereby advancing social change and equity.

• At least 2+ years of experience in development, fundraising, or equivalent role.
• Strong relationship management and project management skills with high-performing teams.
• Customer-service orientation with ability to build trust and navigate competing needs.
• System and process thinking to improve operational efficiencies.

Competitive health benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and generous paid time off. Salary range: $80,000-$95,000 annually (hourly rate $38.46-$45.68).
