Mission

What you will drive

  • Update and maintain prospect and funder profiles, templates, and reporting data across platforms including Salesforce and SharePoint.
  • Support the development of funder and prospect lists segmented by interest in specific regions and program areas.
  • Support the grant reporting process by preparing documents, assembling materials, and editing reports.
  • Support day-to-day operations of the Development team and ad-hoc project management activities.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree, or currently enrolled in a degree program.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and data entry skills; Salesforce (or other CRM) experience preferred.
  • Ability to connect with multicultural teams and work across time zones.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
