What you will drive

  • Lead development operations and administrative execution across grants, donors, and systems.
  • Manage grant portals, proposal and reporting processes, and compliance tracking.
  • Maintain Salesforce data integrity and conduct prospect research.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and advancement teams.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in the Development field.
  • Experience with back office functions: gift processing, data entry, reporting.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and project management tools (Asana).
  • High attention to detail, exceptional notetaking, and digital proficiency (G-Suite, Slack).
