What you will drive
- Build and manage a pipeline of prospective individual donors, connectors, and community partners through research and direct outreach.
- Support community partnerships and events, including logistics, outreach, and follow-up to convert attendees into donors.
- Revive and operationalize peer-to-peer fundraising programs and assist with development operations such as donor communications and CRM tracking.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5+ years of nonprofit development experience with hands-on donor outreach, prospect research, or fundraising campaign execution.
- Strong written communication skills and a bias toward action; comfortable with cold outreach and working independently.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proficient with or willing to learn donor CRM systems.
- Genuine passion for Sunsar Maya's mission and commitment to ethical, relationship-centered fundraising.
