Mission
What you will drive
- Maintain accurate donor and prospect records in Neon CRM, process gifts and acknowledgments, and generate reports to support fundraising decisions.
- Support donor relations and grant activities including prospect research, grant tracking, and preparation of briefing materials.
- Coordinate fundraising events, appeals, and administrative tasks to advance individual giving, institutional funding, and events strategy.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, development, administration, or a related field.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working with data and databases (CRM experience a plus).
- Proficiency in Google and Microsoft Office suites; discreet handling of confidential information.
