Mission

What you will drive

  • Process gifts, maintain donor records, and support donor stewardship and development operations.
  • Assist in drafting donor communications, manage social media, and coordinate production of communications materials.
  • Serve as primary liaison to the Board of Trustees, coordinate meetings, and maintain governance records.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for fundraising and cultivation events.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3+ years of experience in nonprofit external relations (development, communications, events, and/or grants).
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and experience with CRM systems (Bloomerang a plus).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe, Canva, and Mailchimp.
  • Must be a Washington state resident; ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Full-time, non-exempt position. Pay range: $32.00-$35.00 per hour ($66,560–$72,800 annually). Benefits include: 28 days PTO (vacation, holidays, December closure), 6 days sick leave, 100% medical/vision/dental/short-term disability covered (after $50/month employee contribution), employer-sponsored 401(k) with 2% automatic contribution and up to 4% matching. Fully remote role within Washington state.
