Mission
What you will drive
- Oversee the Platform's shared Support Unit and ensure delivery of high-quality strategic support to country programs.
- Provide leadership across monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptation, communications, research, inclusion, knowledge management, and organizational learning.
- Manage key Support Unit staff including MEL Manager, Development and Inclusion Specialist, and Senior Communications Officer.
- Foster Pacific leadership and organizational capability, contribute to strategic planning, and act as Team Leader's delegate when required.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Postgraduate qualifications in international development, public policy, management, communications, monitoring and evaluation, governance, or related field.
- More than 10 years' experience managing complex donor-funded programs, including DFAT-funded initiatives.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning and adaptation (MELA).
- Solid understanding of cross-cutting development priorities including gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), anti-corruption, and development effectiveness principles.
