Mission
What you will drive
- Design and develop a range of learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, virtual programs, job aids, toolkits, and blended learning experiences.
- Conduct needs analyses to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate learning strategies.
- Partner with leaders and stakeholders to understand business needs, define success measures, and recommend targeted learning solutions.
- Support the Learning Management System (LMS) including course setup, curriculum management, and learner support.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Bachelorโs degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field; masterโs degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in instructional design, learning program development, or related L&D roles.
- Experience designing and developing eLearning and blended learning programs using authoring tools (e.g., Articulate 360).
- Experience working with an LMS (e.g., Workday Learning) including administration and reporting preferred.
