Deputy Program Director, MENA

• Oversee and coordinate the organization's research, analysis, and advocacy efforts across the Middle East and North Africa region.
• Manage program staff and ensure high-quality output on conflict prevention and resolution.
• Develop and implement strategic priorities for the MENA program in alignment with organizational goals.

This role directly contributes to preventing and resolving deadly conflicts in the Middle East and North Africa, promoting peace and stability through independent analysis and high-level advocacy.

• Extensive experience in conflict analysis, policy research, or related fields, with a focus on the MENA region.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Arabic or other regional languages is a plus.
