Mission

What you will drive

  • Pre-screen candidates for campus fellowship positions and coordinate interviews with Organizing, Digital, and Voter Protection teams.
  • Help develop and create outside-the-box stunts & events on college campuses to drive interest in organizing efforts.
  • Vet procurement requests, assist with order placement and supply distribution, and track expenses to ensure budgets are kept.
  • Coordinate staff travel and logistics, maintain vendor relationships, and serve as on-site contact for large-scale events.

What makes you a great fit

  • Must reside in Pennsylvania and have a car and a driver's license.
  • Must have completed at least one cycle in campaign, non-profit, or union organizing.
  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and pivot as priorities change in real-time.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Benefits

What's in it for you

Compensation: $6,000 monthly (approx. $72,000 annual). Includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend, and a technology stipend. Note: PTO blackout dates apply during key mobilization periods.
