Mission
What you will drive
- Pre-screen candidates for campus fellowship positions and coordinate interviews with Organizing, Digital, and Voter Protection teams.
- Help develop and create outside-the-box stunts & events on college campuses to drive interest in organizing efforts.
- Vet procurement requests, assist with order placement and supply distribution, and track expenses to ensure budgets are kept.
- Coordinate staff travel and logistics, maintain vendor relationships, and serve as on-site contact for large-scale events.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Must reside in Pennsylvania and have a car and a driver's license.
- Must have completed at least one cycle in campaign, non-profit, or union organizing.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and pivot as priorities change in real-time.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Benefits

Compensation: $6,000 monthly (approx. $72,000 annual). Includes PTO, health benefits, a travel stipend, and a technology stipend. Note: PTO blackout dates apply during key mobilization periods.
