Deputy Director of Voter ID Assistance

• Lead partner management for VIDA program, including orientation, onboarding, and ongoing support for partner organizations nationwide.
• Own program systems (Zendesk), reporting infrastructure, and program-wide metrics to ensure continuous improvement.
• Manage the VIDA Special Projects Manager and coordinate cross-team reporting on program metrics.

This role directly expands voting access by helping millions of eligible Americans overcome voter ID barriers, ensuring their voices are heard in elections.

• MSW or equivalent experience with casework and/or managing direct service delivery programs.
• 8+ years of experience in program management, partner relations, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a direct report and complex operational systems.
• Strong relationship management and communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, Slack.

Starting salary $85,000 - $95,000/year.
