Mission
What you will drive
- Supervise three direct reports: Community Engagement Manager, Programs Manager, and Development Manager, providing oversight, professional development, and annual reviews.
- Coordinate work among ASAN's Grassroots team to build robust relationships with partner organizations and advocates.
- Oversee ASAN events and programs including Disability Day of Mourning, Teighlor McGee Minigrant program, and annual fundraising campaigns.
- Manage ASAN's network of affiliate groups and coordinate technical assistance.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Excellent people management skills with at least 3 years' experience as a manager.
- Excellent project management skills with at least 5 years' experience coordinating multiple projects.
- Experience with disability rights, self-advocacy, and neurodiversity movements.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Apps.
