Deputy Director

• Own end-to-end design and quality of ElevAAte's programming — multi-day leadership retreats, regional gatherings, research reports
• Serve as thought partner to the Executive Director on organizational priorities, programming, and growth
• Oversee day-to-day operations and internal systems, including Salesforce, to ensure the organization has the structure and tools to execute
• Help develop sponsorship proposals and materials, and maintain donor/sponsor tracking

This role strengthens the leadership pipeline for East Asian Americans in U.S. biopharma, advancing diversity and representation in an industry that shapes global health and innovation.

• 6–10 years in nonprofit leadership, program management, operations, or a related field
• Track record managing complex projects and senior relationships
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable with executive-level audiences
• Experience in fundraising, partnerships, or business development a plus; Salesforce or similar CRM experience helpful

Compensation not specified. Remote role with preference for California-based candidates; some travel for events expected.
