Mission

What you will drive

  • Review install close-out photos and documentation to verify quality and adherence to installation standards.
  • Identify installation defects, compliance issues, or deviations from the initial design; create, assign, and manage rework tickets.
  • Track and analyze installer performance metrics to identify trends, training needs, and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of installation quality records and rework activities; report on key quality metrics to management.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in site survey review, electrical installation, quality control, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and creating detailed diagrams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to meticulously review visual data from photographs.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities simultaneously.
