Mission

What you will drive

Lead quantitative analysis of routine programme data and rigorous statistical evaluation design to generate evidence for policy influence and scale.
- Own ongoing analysis of counselling data across SurveyCTO, DHIS2, and NHLMIS systems; reconcile discrepancies and maintain indicator dashboards.
- Design sampling and analysis strategies for evaluations using methods like difference-in-differences modelling and longitudinal tracking.
- Produce publication-ready evidence meeting international donor and academic standards; communicate findings to federal stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in econometrics, statistics, data science, public health, or related field; mandatory experience designing sampling strategies and coding in R, Python, or Stata.
- Proficiency in advanced statistical analysis, spreadsheet software, and SQL; familiarity with R and business intelligence tools preferred.
