Data Operations Lead

• Ensure the reliability, scalability, and operational excellence of analytics and data systems.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to an offshore contract team.
• Lead incident response, implement monitoring frameworks, and drive automation to reduce operational toil.
• Manage data governance, access control, and compliance with regulations.

This role ensures the reliability and performance of data platforms that power AI-enabled solutions, enabling organizations to make confident, data-driven decisions that enhance transparency and trust.

• 6+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Systems Engineering with a focus on data infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, warehousing, and scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, Terraform, Splunk, Airflow, and Python.
• Proven ability to provide technical leadership to geographically distributed teams.

Salary range in the US: $151,000 - $242,000 annually. Discretionary bonus, Restricted Stock Units, 401(k) match, and comprehensive employee benefits package.
