Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage data governance processes and ensure adherence to ERMโ€™s compliance standards for environmental data.
  • Oversee the data lifecycle including acquisition, validation, QA/QC, archiving, and reporting using the EarthSoft EQuIS suite.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and laboratories to ensure timely and accurate data delivery, troubleshooting EDD/EDP errors.
  • Support enterprise analytics by providing clean datasets and generating standard EQuIS reports, Power BI/Excel summaries, and GIS outputs.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Environmental Sciences, Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field (environmental background strongly preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience in environmental data management and data quality roles, including hands-on experience with EarthSoft EQuIS modules (EDP, Data Manager/Enterprise, Collect, EDGE).
  • Strong knowledge of EQuIS schema, data tables, and data management best practices.
  • Experience with QA/QC routines for environmental data (validation, qualifiers, non-detects, duplicates, holding times).
