Data Governance Manager

• Deliver the highest standard of stewardship to both enterprise and proprietary data, maximizing its value as a core asset.
• Assess current data governance state, identify opportunities, and implement a practical, evolving Data Governance Framework.
• Define data quality standards, build a business glossary and data catalogue, and embed governance into platforms and pipelines.
• Establish a Data Governance Forum and partner with editorial and analytics teams to protect data integrity.

This role ensures the integrity, consistency, and trustworthiness of data that underpins global commodity markets, enabling better investment and risk management decisions that drive economic efficiency and transparency.

• Strong stakeholder instincts, bias for action, and confidence to bring people along.
• Pragmatic approach: ability to assess landscape, identify high-value opportunities, and build iteratively.
• Experience in data governance, data management, or related field.
• Ability to work across functions including data strategy, technology, commercial operations, and regulatory compliance.
