What you will drive

  • Own and optimise the data platform architecture to improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Shape the direction of the growing data team and coach team members on best practices.
  • Build new data sources and pipelines, and develop/deploy ML infrastructure to support AI use cases.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Experience operating at Staff/Tech Lead level in data engineering.
  • Passion for decarbonisation and ability to work with ambiguity.
  • Experience with distributed data processing, monitoring, testing, and data quality.
  • Proficiency in Python, AWS, Kubernetes, Spark, dbt, Terraform, and data warehousing (e.g., Databricks).
