Data Coordinator, PMO, REC

• Ensure adherence to digital requirements, standards, and processes across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and monitor digital information delivery, ensuring data integrity, version control, and metadata compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to enable efficient information flow and collaboration.
• Administer and maintain the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), including project setup, user access, and system governance.

This role ensures efficient digital information management, enabling Ramboll's projects to run smoothly and sustainably, contributing to positive environmental and social outcomes through better project delivery.

• Experience with digital information management and document control systems (e.g., EDMS, ProjectWise).
• Knowledge of BIM and digital delivery strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and data integrity.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and provide training.
