Data Coordinator, PMO, REC

• Ensure adherence to digital requirements, standards, and processes across the project lifecycle.
• Manage and monitor digital information delivery, ensuring data integrity, version control, and metadata compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers and team members to enable efficient information flow and collaboration.
• Administer and maintain the Enterprise Document Management System (EDMS), including project setup, folder structures, templates, user access, and system governance.

This role ensures efficient digital information management, enabling Ramboll's projects to meet high standards of data integrity and collaboration, ultimately supporting sustainable and impactful infrastructure and environmental solutions.

• Experience with digital delivery, BIM, or document management systems (e.g., Bentley ProjectWise).
• Knowledge of data integrity, version control, and metadata compliance.
• Strong coordination and communication skills to work with project teams.
• Ability to perform quality assurance checks and enforce standards.
