Data Centre Delivery Lead

• Lead and manage the UK & Ireland Data Centre delivery organisation, providing leadership, direction and development for a team of 100+ professionals across architectural, engineering and specialist disciplines.
• Accountable for the end‑to‑end design process and delivery of multiple Data Centre projects for key clients across the UK, Europe and globally, from early concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Act as the senior delivery and escalation lead for high‑profile Data Centre clients, maintaining trusted, long‑term relationships at executive and director level.

This role enables the delivery of critical data centre infrastructure that supports the digital economy, while driving technical excellence and sustainability in the built environment.

• Chartered Engineer or equivalent with a strong technical background in the data centre sector.
• Proven experience leading large, multi‑disciplinary delivery teams and complex Data Centre programmes.
• Confident communicator and relationship builder who can lead client interactions at director level.
• Commercially savvy with experience managing risk, governance, and profitability.
