Data Center Project Controls Analyst

• Provide objective analysis and evaluate project performance throughout the lifecycle, including schedule completion and final cost.
• Develop, analyze, and assess construction cost and CPM schedule data; perform cost estimates and risk assessments.
• Implement and administer project management information systems (PMIS) and create dashboards for reporting cost and schedule performance.

This role supports the efficient delivery of data center projects, which are critical for digital infrastructure and economic growth, while ensuring cost-effective and timely completion.

• Experience in project controls, cost analysis, and scheduling for data center or construction projects.
• Proficiency in PMIS tools such as Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, or Procure.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to perform risk assessments and earned value analysis.
