Mission

What you will drive

  • Provide objective analysis and sound judgment to evaluate and report project performance throughout the entire project lifecycle, including practical assessment of schedule completion and expected final cost.
  • Work with Project Managers and Program Managers to collect data for reporting on project progress for both cost and schedule.
  • Develop, analyze, and assess construction cost and critical path method (CPM) schedule data.
  • Perform risk assessments including conducting risk interviews, developing risk registers, and calculating quantitative cost and schedule risk.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Competencies include setup of work breakdown structure, planning and scheduling, cost analysis and forecasting, progress measurement, earned value performance, risk analysis and change control.
  • Experience with project management information systems (PMIS) such as Oracle Unifier, E-Builder, Kahua, Procure, etc.
  • Ability to perform pre-construction and construction cost estimates and lead contract, financial, and schedule negotiations.
  • Strong analytical skills for collecting and analyzing data, developing dashboards, and monitoring KPIs.
