Mission
What you will drive
- Design and implement data collection and reporting strategies to capture and communicate the impact of L4GG's programs.
- Build and manage sustainable data collection systems, develop standardized templates and metrics for grant reporting.
- Lead organization-wide evaluation frameworks, conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to measure program outcomes.
- Translate evaluation findings into accessible reports, presentations, and infographics for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing program evaluations and grant reports, preferably in nonprofit or social justice settings.
- Proficiency with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design and data analysis.
- Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
- Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) and experience with remote collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Airtable preferred).
