Mission

What you will drive

  • Design and implement data collection and reporting strategies to capture and communicate the impact of L4GG's programs.
  • Build and manage sustainable data collection systems, develop standardized templates and metrics for grant reporting.
  • Lead organization-wide evaluation frameworks, conduct surveys, interviews, and focus groups to measure program outcomes.
  • Translate evaluation findings into accessible reports, presentations, and infographics for internal and external stakeholders.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 3-5 years of experience designing and implementing program evaluations and grant reports, preferably in nonprofit or social justice settings.
  • Proficiency with both quantitative and qualitative research methods, including survey design and data analysis.
  • Excellent written communication skills with ability to translate complex data into compelling narratives.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive) and experience with remote collaboration tools (Asana, Slack, Airtable preferred).
