Mission

What you will drive

  • Lead 350's data strategy and governance, supporting the creation of organization-level KPIs and measurement frameworks.
  • Own and develop 350's BigQuery data warehouse, design and maintain data models, optimize query performance, and manage access controls.
  • Lead BI and reporting work: build and maintain Metabase dashboards, manage ELT pipelines, and ensure datasets are reliable and accessible for self-serve reporting.
  • Own the strategic roadmap and technical architecture of Salesforce, defining data governance, security, and quality standards.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least 6 years of experience leading organization-wide data strategy.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Google BigQuery, including data modelling, cost management, and access control.
  • Experience in managing data visualization platforms such as Metabase and CRM systems like Salesforce.
  • Advanced SQL skills with hands-on experience writing and optimizing queries.
