Data Analyst

• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualizations in Salesforce and/or Tableau to present program data.
• Pull, validate, and reconcile data from multiple systems and source files, analyzing actuals vs. forecast and highlighting key variances.
• Identify and implement opportunities to improve or automate manual reporting processes.
• Collaborate with program delivery and software teams to ensure data accuracy and optimize data processes.

This role supports energy efficiency programs that reduce carbon emissions and promote sustainability, directly contributing to the clean energy transition and environmental impact.

• 1+ years of experience in data analysis, data mining, and data visualization.
• Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI or similar tools.
• Experience with Salesforce or comparable project management systems.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; attention to detail.
