Data Analyst

• Own reporting and dashboards for the Data Center Infrastructure Group (DIG), ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Partner with business stakeholders across construction, real estate, energy, and procurement to translate business questions into analytical deliverables.
• Track complex infrastructure projects including progress, cost burn-down, timelines, and financial performance.
• Champion data quality by surfacing anomalies and working with data engineers to resolve root causes.

This role directly supports the efficient operation of data centers that power AI workloads, enabling Crusoe's mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence while reducing environmental impact through an energy-first approach.

• 3–5 years of analytics experience in an enterprise or operationally complex environment.
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying large datasets (BigQuery preferred).
• Expertise in building and maintaining operational dashboards using BI tools (Sigma, Looker, Power BI, or Tableau).
• Executive communication skills and proven stakeholder management ability.

Compensation range: $136,850 - $161,000 + Bonus.
