Mission
What you will drive
- Support execution of large-scale direct voter contact programs across mail, SMS, and digital, ensuring accurate and well-structured voter universes.
- Build and maintain clean data tables for analysis and universe creation, and support research and learning agenda by adhering to A/B testing standards.
- Identify and prioritize voting sites for Party at the Polls activations using data-driven geographic decision-making.
- Provide analytical capacity across teams, including reports, presentations, performance analysis, and automated dashboards.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 1+ years of work experience in an analyst role (including internships) or significant quantitative coursework in statistics, economics, modeling, regression analysis, or coding.
- Experience with SQL required; experience with R or Python, BigQuery, and Google Data Studio preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively on coding projects using version control and clear documentation.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex analyses for non-technical audiences.
