Cyber Security Engineer and Architect

• Lead the production of cyber architecture roadmaps, standards, and patterns to support IT and OT solutions and business objectives.
• Act as the lead design authority for cyber security architecture matters, reviewing solution proposals.
• Oversee delivery of continuous cyber technology improvements to enhance resilience, standardization, and reliability.
• Support incident response and recovery activities for IT and OT systems.

This role ensures that RES's IT and OT systems are optimally designed and protected from cyber threats, enabling continuous and effective business operations that support the transition to affordable, zero carbon energy.

• Extensive experience in cyber security and architecture, with deep knowledge of IT and OT systems.
• Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks (ISO27001, NERC-CIP, NIST-CSF) and enterprise architecture.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders across functions and geographies.
• Experience with leading cyber security technologies (firewalls, vulnerability scanners, authentication services) and architecture modeling tools.
