What you will drive
- Develop and maintain an optimal customer experience in the Nordics alongside Operational Account Managers
- Manage daily operations including vehicle and shift planning to ensure seamless logistics performance
- Act as primary point of contact for customers and partners, handling inquiries and resolving deviations
- Analyze and optimize performance to achieve KPIs and SLAs

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics or related field
- Previous customer-facing experience in operations or logistics is a plus
- Strong collaborator, communicator, and organizational skills
- Fluent in Swedish and English
