Mission
What you will drive
- Provide essential support to regional sales teams, including regular updates, feedback gathering, and process improvements.
- Deliver technical assistance for the N-OVATOR program, interpret reports, and address inquiries from channel partners and customers.
- Manage shipment scheduling, resolve shipping issues, and provide CRM system support and training.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience in a customer-facing role.
- Baseline knowledge of agriculture, crops, seed, bioscience, or biochemistry preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and customer focus.
- AA or AS degree or relative experience required; BS or BA preferred.
