How to Apply for Customer Success Manager

at Old Friends Club

๐Ÿข About Old Friends Club

Old Friends Club Network (OFCN) is a mission-driven organization that supports a network of social day programs (Clubs) for people living with dementia and their family caregivers. What makes OFCN unique is its focus on empowering local Clubs through a franchise-like support model, combining dementia care expertise with operational guidance. Working here means directly improving the quality of life for families affected by dementia while helping small programs thrive.

About This Role

As the Affiliate Success Manager, you will be the primary relationship owner for a portfolio of Clubs, ensuring they run strong programs, stay engaged with OFCN resources, and grow their impact. You'll onboard new Affiliates, conduct regular check-ins, analyze program health metrics, and share best practices across the network. This role is impactful because you directly enable Clubs to deliver high-quality care and support to caregivers, ultimately expanding access to vital dementia services.

๐Ÿ’ก A Day in the Life

A typical day might include a morning check-in call with an Affiliate to discuss attendance trends and staffing, followed by analyzing program metrics and updating support plans for at-risk Clubs. In the afternoon, you might host a virtual best-practice sharing session for Affiliates and coordinate with internal teams to curate resources for member families. Occasionally, you'll travel for site visits to observe programs in action and build deeper relationships.

๐ŸŽฏ Who Old Friends Club Is Looking For

  • 3+ years in customer success, account management, or nonprofit program support, ideally in healthcare, aging, or dementia care.
  • Demonstrated passion for dementia care and caregiver support, with a deep understanding of the challenges faced by families.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, from Club directors to family caregivers.
  • Experience with data tracking and reporting, using metrics to drive decisions and support Affiliates at risk.
  • Self-motivated and organized, able to manage multiple Affiliates remotely while traveling occasionally for site visits.

๐Ÿ“ Tips for Applying to Old Friends Club

1

Highlight any direct experience with dementia care or caregiver support in your resume and cover letterโ€”this is a strong plus and will set you apart.

2

3

Showcase your analytical skills by providing examples of how you've used metrics to monitor program health and identify at-risk accounts.

4

Demonstrate your understanding of the nonprofit or franchise model by referencing how you've supported affiliates or chapters in previous roles.

5

Tailor your application to show you've researched OFCN's specific model of social day programs, and explain why you're excited to support their network.
