Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 2โ4 years in a customer success or account management role within a B2B SaaS environment
- Demonstrated ability to drive product adoption and manage a portfolio of accounts
- Strong product instinct and proactive approach to account health
- Nice to have: experience in energy, infrastructure, or data-driven research products; familiarity with CS tools like HubSpot, Intercom, or Gainsight
